ECNL APPLICATION
The ECNL New Membership Application is now available. Each club applying for membership should carefully review the Basic Requirements for Membership (see application) to ensure that the club is willing and able to adhere to all of requirements for membership.
INSTRUCTIONS. Any soccer club applying for new membership to Elite Clubs National League (“ECNL”) must complete and properly submit the entire membership application If a club has previously applied, it must submit an updated application along with any additional materials to best describe the current state of the club. TIMELINE. Beginning in 2013, the application and notification process will be on a rolling basis. If a club has previously applied, please submit an updated application along with any additional materials to best describe the current state of the club.
REVIEW PROCESS. Completed applications will be reviewed by a committee selected by the ECNL Board of Directors based on the following criteria:
- Club’s Player Development Guidelines.
- Club’s History of Youth Player Development.
- Club’s History of Success in Elite Competitions, Tournaments and Leagues.
- Club’s Philosophy.
- Club’s Technical Staff (including quality of Coaching Staff).
- Overall Club Infrastructure.
