SPRING, TX (February 20, 2018) – The Elite Clubs National League Texas National Event concluded on Monday. A total of 150 youth clubs – ranging from U13 to U17 – took part in this three-day event that featured the best of girls club soccer in front of scouts from the biggest colleges in the nation.
