The ECNL College Impact – Patriot League

RICHMOND, VA (November 20, 2017) – The ECNL College Impact series catalogs the incredible impact of ECNL Alums on collegiate women’s soccer every year. In 2017, once again, ECNL Alums are dominating the landscape in conferences all over the country.

The ECNL College Impact for the Patriot League includes all players currently active on Patriot League rosters:

  • 149 ECNL Alums are currently playing in the Patriot League Conference – 65% of the Freshmen in the Patriot League Conference are ECNL alums.
  • 18 players of the Patriot League honorees are ECNL Alums – 55% of the players of the Patriot League honorees are ECNL Alums.
  • The Patriot League Midfielder of the Year (Meghan Hegarty) and the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year (Rachel Bloznalis) are ECNL Alums.

The Patriot League includes American University, Boston University, Bucknell University, Colgate University, College of the Holy Cross, Lafayette College, Lehigh University, Loyola University Maryland, United States Naval Academy (Navy) and United States Military Academy at West Point (Army).
