The ECNL College Impact – Atlantic 10 Conference
RICHMOND, VA (November 3, 2017) – The ECNL College Impact series catalogs the incredible impact of ECNL Alums on collegiate women’s soccer every year. In 2017, once again, ECNL Alums are dominating the landscape in conferences all over the country.
The ECNL College Impact for the Atlantic 10 Conference includes all players currently active on Atlantic 10 rosters:
- 185 ECNL alumni are currently playing in the A-10 – half of the total players in the A-10.
- There were 111 ECNL alums in the 2017 A-10 freshman class, nearly 60% of the total class.
- The A-10 Midfielder of the Year (Linnea Faccenda), the A-10 Defensive Player of the Year (Alli Klug) and the A-10 Rookie of the Year (Olivia Petit) are ECNL Alums.
- 6 out of 11 Players on the 2017 A-10 All-Rookie Team are ECNL Alum
The Atlantic 10 Conference includes George Washington University, the University of Dayton, Saint Joseph’s University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Fordham University, La Salle University, Duquesne University, George Washington University, University of Massachusetts, University of Richmond, Davidson College, St. Bonaventure University, Saint Louis University and the University of Rhode Island.
