In February 2017, the ECNL hosted the first annual ECNL Coaching Symposium, a two-and-a-half day coaching development event for in-depth education, discussion and learning featuring the new LaLiga Formation Methodology Level 3 course in partnership with US Club Soccer.  The ECNL International Coaching Program is another expansion in the league’s commitment to develop better coaches in order to help develop better players.
