Q: What is your dream job
A:  Living it!

Q: Define the word Courage:
A:  The ability to step out of your comfort zone to continually challenge your perceived limits.

Q: What would your vanity license plate say?
A:  ZNGRFIT

Q: What is your favorite emoji?
A:  The one with the wink and kiss lips!  But I should probably say the flexing bicep 😉

Q: Do you have any superstitions?
A:  In college, I had a warmup partner that NEVER changed.  Coaching, I had to hit each post with a shot before I could take the sideline.

Q: What is your morning routine?
A:  I wake up early most days.  I mean, EARLY.  So I have to have a routine that I can do while sleepwalking.  I drink a tsp of pink sea salt and half a lime with water, then make my protein shake for breakfast.  When it’s cold, I’ll make tea too, but then I’m out the door to start with my early-bird clients!

Q: If you could fill an entire room with one thing, what would it be?
A:  DIAPERS.  Holy cow, we go through a lot with my kiddo.

Q: Where do you draw inspiration?
A:  My husband and son.  They are my biggest cheerleaders and supporters.  Whether I’m carting my son in to the gym super early, or my husband is being an incredible dad after working his 24 hour shifts, I couldn’t do my dream job without them!

Q: What’s a favorite personality trait?
A:  In others?  Honesty, accountability and a good work ethic.  In myself?  I hope that I embody those three as well!

Q: What’s on your bucket list?
A:  I’d love to rent an RV and drive across country going to every baseball park.

Q: Window or Aisle seat?
A:  Aisle, please!

Q: Who is your hero and why?
A:  My mom.  Breast Cancer and tons of health issues later, she is STILL rocking it working as a full time ER Nurse and finds time to do her Zinger workouts daily!
