RICHMOND, Va. (March 10, 2015) – The 2014-15 ECNL season is dedicated to celebrating the Amazing Young Women that have helped mold this league into the top female youth soccer platform in the world. As part of the campaign, the ECNL is encouraging amazing young women to share their stories. Kiley Larocque is a member of the FC Stars of Massachusetts ECNL U16 team. She is a current junior committed to play at Saint Anslem in the Fall of 2016. The ECNL caught up with Kiley to learn more about her on and off the field.
Q: What is your juggling record?
A: This is not one of my strengths, I call it a work in progress…..my record is somewhere around 100.
Q: Do you have any siblings?
A: Yes, I have an older sister, Kaelen.
Q: What is your favorite ECNL Event?
A: ECNL Seattle is my favorite! It is Play-offs and super competitive.
Q: What is something most people do not know about you?
A: I am afraid of elevators.
Q: What is your favorite emoji?
A: The smiley face with the tongue sticking out.
Q: Champions League or English Premier League?
A: Definitely Champions League
Q: Have you ever traveled outside of the country?
A: I have been to the U.S. Virgin Islands, does that count? 🙂

A: Paper
Q: Who is your soccer idol?
A: Alex Morgan, not only because she is a member of the US Women’s National Team, I admire her for being the underdog and making her way to the top. She is an Amazing Young Woman!
Q: If you had to sing karaoke, what song would you sing?
A: Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars
Q: What is your dream job?
A: I would love to be a doctor.
Q: Snapchat or Instagram?
A: Instagram
Q: Do you have a phobia? If so, what?
A: I am claustrophobic, hence the fear of elevators.
Q: What is your favorite movie quote?

Q: What is in your purse at this very moment?
A: My wallet, chapstick, gum, sunglasses, and headphones.
Q: What is your favorite ECNL memory so far?
A: My favorite ECNL memory so far would have to be all of the club dinners we have when we go away for tournaments.
Q: Do you have any superstitions?
A: I always tie my left shoelace before my right shoelace on game day.
Q: Define “team” in your own words
A: Team to me refers to a group of unique individuals working together to accomplish a common goal
Q: ECNL prepared me for _________
A: ECNL prepared me for my future. I learned all about time management, work ethic, dedication, motivation, and how to be the most successful on and off the soccer field.
